Marshall, Texas, a small east Texas town is also the center of the Patent Law universe.

This  little town has become the legal center for most of the important patent law cases in this country. Who knows if it is a good thing having a small town make all the relevant decisions in American Patent law disputes?

With the collapse of Guaranty Bank the FDIC is now depleted. This is very bad news.
